Mixed Apparatus Group Classes

A gentle introduction to multiple aerial apparatuses. Learn to safely mount and dismount, spin and make beautiful shapes. This class is intended for aerial beginners, but is also a great practice class for more experienced flyers. Acquaint yourself with the Lyra, pole silks, hammock and more!
